Chelsea Golub
Chelsea is the Director of Development at The Jackal Group. A Los Angeles based television and film producer and development executive with more than a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, she has worked across major studio features, premium scripted series, and independent films, primarily within producer-driven production companies.
Before joining The Jackal Group in 2026, Chelsea served as Director of Development, TV & Film at Blue Marble Pictures, Theresa Kang’s production company. There, she worked on PACHINKO and developed film and television projects under Blue Marble’s overall deal with Apple TV+, including the upcoming series DISAVOWED and independent film BEDFORD PARK. Prior to Blue Marble Pictures, Chelsea held multiple development and production roles at Color Force, rising from assistant to acclaimed producer Nina Jacobson to development executive, before ultimately serving as a producer on FX’s limited series CLASS OF ’09. She was part of the development team behind projects including CRAZY RICH ASIANS, AMERICAN CRIME STORY: IMPEACHMENT, Y: THE LAST MAN, SAY NOTHING, CLIPPED, ALL DAY AND A NIGHT, THE HUNGER GAMES: THE BALLAD OF SONGBIRDS AND SNAKES, THE GOLDFINCH, and BEN IS BACK, among numerous other film and television projects across Color Force’s slate and overall television deal with FX.
Chelsea began her career at Weissman/Markovitz Communications, where she worked on awards and publicity campaigns for Paramount Pictures, FX, Amazon, and BET. She later served as assistant to the Head of TV News, Alan Berger, at CAA. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chelsea graduated from University of Michigan with a dual degree in International Security, Norms & Cooperation and Screen Arts & Cultures.
