Hend Baghdady

Hend Baghdady is Senior Vice President of Production and Alternative Programming at The Jackal Group, where she heads the creative development and production of content for alternative programming and digital distribution, as well as oversees production for linear television and film projects.

Baghdady most recently served as Executive Producer and the Executive in Charge of Production at ADHD Studios, under the Fox Network Groups umbrella. There she helped develop, produce, and distribute numerous series across FBC and FX's late night platforms. She also developed the digital arm of the company, creating short form content as well as branded initiatives.  Since its inception, ADHD has developed and produced six late-night animated series, two primetime series and over 350 shorts for digital distribution. Additionally, ADHD’s YouTube channel has gained over one million subscribers with 350 million unique views since its launch in late 2012.

Baghdady began her career in New York working on the first season of Crank Yankers with Jackhole Industries. She has since developed, produced and created production formats and templates for live-action and animated series for networks such MTV, Comedy Central, and Adult Swim, including a stop motion special “Abed’s Uncontrollable Christmas” for NBC’s Community.
